1st session wed 5.9.2007 (20 minutes)

Monitoring irritates employees

Privacy

Documents online can be in danger even if behind a password

Technical experience lacking (older people especially)

2nd session:

How big companies can use web2 tools - it is easier in smaller companies

Company culture can be an obstacle

Only sertain people are trained to use electrical tools, digital people, higher educated people

Not all people have access to internet at all

Firms don't want to give up work travelling

Session 3:

Small companies need different tools

Technical difficulties are real even in bigger companies

Work is too hectic and people don't have time to be social

In bigger companies IT department gives the rules and employees cannot decide the tools themselves

In small companies there is less  institutional inertia towards the use of web2 tools
